I would level to 92 at first, then test the character out to see if i like it and if its a good result I would want to level all the way to 94 or 95. I personally would level a lot higher for more life, because in pvp every little bit of life matters. I suggest you get a classic rush and uber trist leveling, because it will take just one hour to get 87 in an ut though. This build requires 99 skill points to be finished, luckily we get +12 skill points from quests, so we need only 87 as a minimum.
